Refund and returns

At WoodWall, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your wood wall panel purchase. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to return an item. Please review our Returns Policy below, which is compliant with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order and return the items within 14 days from the day after you received the goods. If multiple items from one order are delivered separately, your cancellation period begins from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement. You can do this by contacting our customer support team by email at [email protected].

We recommend returning items in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.

REFUNDS

Upon cancellation of your order and return of the items, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

We will process the refund without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items or proof that they have been shipped.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Exemptions from the Right to Cancel

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are personalized. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility unless the items are faulty or not as described. If you exercise your right to cancel, we will not reimburse supplementary costs, such as express delivery.
